Responsible
for the scheduling process of students at Greenwood High School.

Makes
disposition of schedules to counselors.

Assists
with student registration.

QUALIFICATION
REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to

EDUCATION
and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma or GED. Must be able to
effectively deal with the public and staff both in person and on the phone.
LANGUAGE
SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial
reports, scientific and technical journals, and legal documents. Ability to
write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to respond to common inquiries or
complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business
community.
MATHEMATICAL
SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability
to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical
inference, and fundamentals of plain and solid geometry and trigonometry.
REASONING
ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data,
establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
OTHER
SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Ability to develop effective working
relationships with staff, students and the school community. Ability to
communicate clearly and concisely.
Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and
the Board of Education policies.
