As you can see, office hours are 8 – 4:30
Monday through Friday. You may contact
us by phone, e-mail, or stop by the district office. In the benefits office, we prefer to
schedule appointments due to the time it takes to process new hires,
retirements and insurance changes. If
you intend to drop in, we ask that you call ahead so we can make sure we are
available to meet your needs.
Ok, let’s get started! There are some required forms you must
complete for Human Resources and Payroll purposes. If you will arrange your forms in the order
listed on the screen, we can be sure we are all together on this.
We all know from working with children
that they often have cuts and scrapes on a regular basis. Sometimes more serious injuries can occur,
but it only takes one drop of blood to spread a disease. Please follow the guidelines in the booklet
and if you have questions regarding how to deal with injuries, be sure to ask
your principal.
Please print clearly.
If you are married and wish for MORE taxes to be taken out of your check, you should
check married at the higher single rate.
There are four options when it comes to
selecting your health care coverage. We
will cover them very briefly, however, if you have specific questions, please
interrupt me and ask them.
99.9% of employees will elect the State
Health Plan and speaking from experience, The State Health Plan is one of the
best out there. I encourage all employees
who are considering the Economy plan to look at the deductibles and
co-insurance compared to the premiums.
You will find that you cannot save more than $41.76 per year if you
have the Economy Plan.
