QUALIFICATIONS:

Eligible for valid SC teacher certification

 

š

Master’s degree

 

š

Coursework or experience in the organization and administration of athletic programs

 

š

Minimum five years’ successful experience in coaching football

 

š

Ability to organize and administer the overall program of extracurricular athletics

 

š

Ability to provide leadership in the selection, assignment, and evaluation of athletic coaches and staff members

 

š

Experience with athletic budgets, accounting, and inventory control

 

š

Other such qualifications as the Board of Trustees may require

Literacy Intervention Teacher, Grades K-2

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

South Carolina Teaching Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree in the area of Early Childhood, Reading, Elementary Education, or Special Education and such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

 

PREFERENCES:

Minimum of three years teaching experience in grades K-3.

OTHER INFORMATION:

  • The teacher will be working with small groups of students daily, providing supplemental literacy instruction.
  • The position requires eight days of Leveled Literacy Intervention training.

September 25-27, 2006

October 26-27, 2006

POSITION:

Permanent Substitute–High School Level (3 Positions)

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree

 

Ability to teach various subjects at high school level (grades 9-12)

 

Willingness to perform other duties as assigned by principal

EMPLOYMENT:

180 days/7.5 hours per day

SALARY:

Based on current classified salary scale of Grade 12, $10.63 per hour

$18.28 - $19.40 (Current classified salary scale – based on experience)
