Math Ideas for Science Fair Projects
http://mathforum.org/teachers/mathproject.html
The Math Forum is a leading center for mathematics and mathematics education on the Internet. The Math Forum's mission is to provide resources, materials, activities, person-to-person interactions, and educational products and services that enrich and support teaching and learning in an increasingly technological world.  Part of the Math Forum is a section for Math Ideas for Science Fair Projects.  This section includes project ideas related to data, designs with circles, Pascal’s triangle and Fibonacci numbers, fractals, “magic” squares, and many more.  The site also includes links to other sites that promote math-based projects.  There are many projects here that are technology-based – that is, computers are incorporated into the display and exhibition of the mathematics.  Some of these projects may even be better than foaming volcanoes and withered bean sprouts.

K-12 Music Resources for Educators
http://www.isd77.k12.mn.us/resources/staffpages/shirk/k12.music.html
This music site includes links to resources for band, chorus, orchestra, and classroom music.  There are links to musicians, to music associations, music sources, and free scores that can be used in schools.  There are online lessons for almost every instrument and sites where you can hear the music students should know about.  For chorus, there are site for a capella groups, barbershop quartets, and a public domain library of scores that can be downloaded and printed – free.  Similar resources exist for orchestra and classroom music instruction.  This site is an excellent resource for music teachers and for parents who are looking for ways to help and encourage their musical children.

History for K-12 on the Web
http://www.xs4all.nl/~swanson/history/sitemap.html
This website provides an abundance of strategies for teaching history with web-based resources.  The site includes links to specific history projects, mentoring resources, question-answer services, and other items related to teaching and learning.  There is a section on “tele-field trips” and WebQuests.  Another section provides access to topic-specific sites, such as the California History Web Project and the Viking Net.  There is also a section dealing with the teaching of history and the changes to be expected because of web resources.  This site is an excellent resource for teachers who want to include web-based resources in their history classes.
