How to Create
an Email Group in GroupWise
1. Click “Address
Book” on the toolbar.
2. Click the
address book to place the group.
3. Click New
on the toolbar > Group > OK.
4. Type a
name for the group and comments if needed.
5. Type
comments, such as a description of the group.
6. Click
Add.
7. Click To,
CC, or BC > double-click or Ctrl+click and drag the users and resources
for your group.
***If the users you want to add
are in a different address book, click the address book on the “Look In”
drop-down list.
8. To add an
entry that is not in an existing address book, click New Contact > fill in
the information > click OK > double-click the entry.
9. Click OK
twice.

problem with your laptop, is to fill out a “Technology
Helpdesk Ticket” found on the District 50 Home Page. What about if you are working on your home
computer or if you have a computer question that is not a technical problem? Computer Hope has been designed to
assist all types of computer users with any of their computer related
questions as well as a great location to learn more about your computer and
its hardware and software.

How to sort data in Word
To alphabetize a list you've typed in Word, make sure you typed
each list item on a separate line (i.e. clicked Enter/Return between items.) Then click Table > Sort and OK. If text other than the list appears on your
page, highlight the list before sorting.

online video and podcasting. The
three minute videos are updated monthly.
Each video booktalk is about a different topic, and additional
read-alikes can be found on the Bookwink website. You can look for books by subject, grade
level, author, or title. The booklist is
constantly updated.

Calling itself a “virtual museum covering the invention of the airplane,”
this site offers a digital library, photo gallery, inventors’ gallery, plane
database, and a “tale” about the history of the airplane. It is the most comprehensive site on
aviation that I’ve ever seen!
